Terms of Service

The rules, expectations, and commitments that keep DreamLens accurate, ethical, and reliable for everyone.

1. Agreement

By creating a DreamLens account or using the interpretation tools, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and any posted product updates. If you do not accept the terms, please stop using the service.

2. Accounts & Security

Keep your login credentials safe and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity. We may suspend accounts that compromise the platform’s security or violate acceptable use.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Submit only content you have the right to share. Do not upload harmful, unlawful, or abusive material.
  • Automated scraping, bulk exporting, or attempting to reverse engineer the DreamLens systems is prohibited.
  • Respect rate limits and the experience of other users—no spam or unauthorized marketing through the platform.

4. Billing & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected. You can cancel anytime from the billing dashboard.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or outlined in a specific promotion.
  • If payment fails, we may limit access until the invoice is settled.

5. Service Changes

DreamLens may introduce new features, pause access for maintenance, or sunset parts of the product. We aim to provide reasonable notice whenever changes materially impact your usage.

6. Limitation of Liability

DreamLens provides interpretations for personal insight, not medical or legal advice. The service is offered “as-is” without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
