Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase
• You purchased a Pay Per Dream interpretation or Unlimited subscription
• You are not satisfied with the quality of the dream interpretation provided

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@dreamlens.ai
2. Include your order number and email address used for purchase
3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
4. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription Cancellations

For Unlimited monthly subscriptions:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• If you cancel within 7 days of initial purchase, you'll receive a full refund
• After 7 days, you can still cancel, but you'll have access until the end of your billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months after the 7-day guarantee period

Free Trial

Our free basic dream interpretation does not require payment and therefore is not eligible for refunds. You can try our service risk-free before making any purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

• Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
• Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
• Violation of our Terms of Service
